Job Title: Automotive ManagerJob Description (Automotive Experience NOT REQUIRED, but a Plus)We are seeking an Automotive Manager who can coach and develop technicians, perform light automotive repairs, manage supplies, and oversee the inspection and preventative maintenance of customer vehicles. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to work in varying weather conditions.Responsibilities

Coach and develop technicians

Perform light automotive repairs such as repairing brakes, batteries, and belts

Oversee the inspection of customer's cars and recommend preventative maintenance

Manage supplies and order products as needed

Communicate effectively with customers and team members

Ensure a clean and friendly work environment

Sign off on equipment and product orders

Develop the team under strong and supportive leadership

Essential Skills

Experience in automotive preventative maintenance

Supervisory skills

Ability to oversee technicians performing various services such as coolant flush, power steering service, filter service, and minor repairs

Strong customer service orientation

Ability to manage supplies and order products

Effective communication skills

Willingness to work outside in cold and heat

Physical ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, bend, pull, and lift 50 lbs
