Primary Responsibilities Provide a first-level response to all computer hardware and software-related inquiries via multiple methods. Acknowledge and respond to tickets and escalate to appropriate teams and tiers as required. Provide additional support with Patching and Anti-virus updates and assist in the management of computer assets. Skills and Personal Characteristics

CompTIA A+
Microsoft Certification
Technical School Certificate
Relevant Work Experience
Main Tasks
Respond to incoming tickets, completing and tracking issues in a timely fashion.
Document new information in detail to the internal knowledge base.
Triage, diagnose, and resolve computer hardware and software issues
Identify common issues and escalate them to management
Manage Antivirus and respond to alerts. Check on risk issues
Provide support for remote employees
Install hardware/software, and windows patches along with Anti-Virus updates.
Create and manage employee active directory, email and phone system accounts
Handle onboarding/offboarding tasks
