Description Our client is looking for a Help Desk Tier II candidate to come join their team! This is an on-site 6 month contract opportunity with the potential to convert located in Frederick, MD. Shifts are 10:00-7:00 PM or 11:00-8:00 PM. Our client is looking for a candidate who is able to provide Tier I and Tier II support to their personnel and various locations. The client is looking for a candidate who has a customer oriented demeanor and is able to multi-task. This candidate will also need to be a problem solver and willing to collaborate with team members. This is a great opportunity for a candidate who is looking to growing within a company! Active Directory experience with accounts, logins, etc.
Microsoft exchange experience
Understanding of OSI Model (specifically layers 1-3)
Bonus experience with retail POS
Hardware and networking experience
