With our commitment to excellence and the largest investment in R&D in the industry, you will join a team that is determined to drive innovation and deliver groundbreaking solutions that make a positive impact on the world.Shift Information:Monday - Friday 2pm-10:30pm (additional hours are required occasionally, which may include time before or after shift and on Saturdays)Starting Pay is $21/ hr + competitive benefitsIn this role, you'll be responsible for :

Printing customer facing and internal labels for regulated products

Preparing lot specific batch records working individually and as part of a team in accordance with established standard operating procedures to ensure customers receive a product that meets or exceeds quality specifications.

Peer reviewing batch record packets and labels

Collaborating and communicating effectively with work groups to ensure the timely completion of daily production tasks.

Working in a standard laboratory environment while adhering to room specific PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements.

Satisfactorily completing Thermo Fisher Scientific training requirements on time and operating within all ISO (International Standards Organization) and FDA (Food and Drug Administration) standards pertaining to Frederick site Manufacturing.

To excel in this role, you should possess :

A high school diploma or equivalent.

0-2 years of related experience, with experience in a life science company

Previous experience with Bartender Software, Xerox or Zebra Printer is preferred

Strong attention to detail

Shown ability to follow policies and procedures, instructions, and to meet production schedules consistently and independently.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Computer skills such as proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams and Outlook, as well as Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome to support the operation in its daily functions.
