We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer.Clearance:Active DoD Secret ClearanceWork Schedule:Onsite M-F.Role Overview:The Quality Assurance Engineer will play a key role in ensuring that all products meet established requirements for reliability and workmanship, as well as other quality control program standards. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for documentation quality including contract/CDRL/DID compliance and play a key role in test and demonstration efforts.General Skillset

Experience with Microsoft Office

Verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work both collaboratively and individually

Critical Thinking Skills

Keen attention to detail

Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed

Familiarity with current ISO-9001 standards

Specific Skillset

Identifying and reporting recurring issues to management

Planning and overseeing inspection and testing of products to confirm quality conformance

Analyzing and investigating reported quality issues to ensure closure

Assisting operations in tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels

Developing and updating company complaint and inspection procedures as needed

Providing training and support on systems, procedures, policies, and core processes

Working closely with the Logistics Team

Monitoring risk management as well as maintaining and analyzing problem logs

RequirementsEducation & Certifications

Certification, such as Quality Auditor or Six Sigma

A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred

Experience Requirements

4+ years of providing Quality Assurance support

Experience supporting the development of C4ISR solutions

Satcom experience is preferred
