Yum Central, a new and innovative food-focused convenience store, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our ready-to-launch location in Hagerstown MD. Key duties include hiring and training employees, scheduling shifts, managing inventory, monitoring sales performance, and resolving customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:
-Hiring, training, and developing team members.
-Scheduling employee shifts to optimize staffing levels.
-Performance management, including coaching and providing feedback.
-Achieving sales targets and maximizing profitability.
-Monitoring sales performance and identifying areas for improvement.
-Handling inventory and maintaining visual merchandising standards.
-Ensuring excellent customer service standards are met.
-Handling customer complaints and resolving issues.
-Maintaining store cleanliness to improve the customer experience.
Experience:
Proven experience in convenience store or restaurant management is required. Candidates should have excellent leadership skills with the ability to hire, inspire and motivate a diverse team.
