We are gearing up for our annual Baby Blizzard and are looking for reliable, caring help to feed and care for newborn baby goats.
This is a hands-on, rewarding farm position perfect for someone who loves animals, follows directions well, and can commit to consistent shifts.
Schedule
Baby goats are fed four times per day:
5:00 AM · 11:00 AM · 4:00 PM · 9:00 PM
Each shift is typically 2–4 hours, depending on the number of kids.
You may work one or multiple shifts per day based on availability.
Duties Include
Checking maternity and kidding pens
Bottle-feeding newborn goat kids
Training older kids to drink from a lambar feeder
Cleaning and maintaining kid pens
Requirements
Must genuinely care about animal welfare
Reliable and punctual – the goats depend on you
Able to follow instructions carefully
Comfortable working around livestock
Farm experience helpful but not required – we will train
