Essential Duties and Responsibilities include Cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors by vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors. Dusting furniture, pictures, ventilation, lights, and blinds, emptying wastebaskets and changing trashcan liners, placing trash in an outside dumpster, spot cleaning partitions, and restrooms, and other normal cleaning and maintenance duties. Cleaners must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned. The position is for route work. You will be required to travel to multiple buildings in one night but you are guaranteed more than 4 hours every night. This is a part time position with room for growth. The position is overnight.
