We are looking for a live-in part-time helper with following duties:
General groundskeeping cut grass and weeding, trimming requiring an ability to operate a lawnmower tractor, use a weed whacker. Seasonal mulching of planting beds and small flower gardens.
General handiwork & maintenance general repairs, upkeep & maintenance throughout the property.
Regular house cleaning highly desired but not required.
Approximately 60-90 hours per month.
Some simple English language skills desired but not required.
Live-in info:
1 bedroom with closet, full-bath, and a small kitchen with cooking range, fridge, microwave.
Includes a patio with a grill.
