Position Summary
We are seeking motivated, reliable and hard-working individuals to join our On-Call Warehouse & Event Fabrication Crew. This role supports warehouse operations, event prep, on-site installations, and custom fabrication tasks. Ideal candidates are hands-on, reliable, and eager to learn new skills within the events and fabrication industry. This role is perfect for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced event environments, and creative fabrication projects. You will support event setup/strike, warehouse organization, and fabrication tasks as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining warehouse inventory
Assist with warehouse duties, including loading/unloading trucks and organizing equipment
Prepare, stage, and load event materials and equipment
Support on-site event setup and breakdown, including scenic elements and décor at client locations
Help fabricate, prep, and maintain event materials and structures
Operate basic hand and power tools (saws, drills, sanders, etc.)
Cut, assemble, and finish fabrication materials such as wood, acrylic, foam, fabrics, and metals
Keep warehouse clean, organized, and safe
Follow company safety protocols and project instructions
Collaborate with team to ensure timely and accurate project execution
Represent the company professionally at all event sites
Qualifications
Previous event, warehouse, carpentry, or fabrication experience preferred
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Comfortable using hand and power tools (training available if needed)
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Valid driver's license preferred (truck/van experience a plus)
Reliable transportation — must be willing to travel throughout the DMV area
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physical environment
Availability for flexible, on-call scheduling (weekdays, weekends, early mornings, late nights as needed)
