PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The purpose of this project is to replace the existing HVAC system with a more efficient DOAS/VRF & SZ VAV RTU mechanical system. The scope of work includes above ceiling work for new pipe and ductwork and structural work to support new rooftop units, as well as all associated electrical work and automatic temperature controls. Additional work to include Masonry, Doors, Frames, and Door Hardware, Metal Stud Drywall Framing, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Asbestos Abatement and Sprinkler Modifications.
