Join HomeRadiance Maids and brighten homes with your expertise and dedication. As Frederick, MD's premier house cleaning service, we're inviting meticulous and independent individuals to join our team as Team Lead Cleaning Specialists on a part-time basis.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning services in residential homes, including dusting, wiping, vacuuming, and scrubbing.
- Treat each home with care, ensuring attention to detail and client satisfaction.
- Manage a cleaning team of three to efficiently complete cleaning jobs, adapting to varying workloads and daily challenges of the job.
Requirements:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong ambition for growth within the company, with potential management opportunities.
- Own your own vehicle necessary to drive to and from cleaning jobs.
- Proof of legal right to work in the country.
- Tech-savvy enough to use basic functions of the company's IOS/Android app, which is necessary to manage time clock and job schedule.
- Be available to work 20 to 30hrs a week typically must be available 9 am - 4 pm.
- No prior experience is required; fluency in English is required.

Salary & Benefits:
- Competitive pay: $18-$20 per hour, paid weekly.
