Then this is the opportunity for you!Here's the Scoop:1st Shift: 7 am to 5:30 pm, Monday – Thursday2nd shift 2 pm – 10:30Weekends ONLY – Friday – Sunday 7am – 7pmPay Rate:$18/hrAs a Warehouse Associate, you'll be a key player in our distribution center, making sure customer orders are fulfilled efficiently and accurately.Here's what you'll be doing:Get Active: Perform various distribution-related functions such as checking, picking, packing, replenishment, bin/bulk order fill, bin/bulk stocking, shipping, receiving/returns, sorting, or loading.Master the Pallet Jack: Operate a pallet jack to move products around the warehouse (if necessary).Safety First: Maintain a safe work environment focusing on housekeeping and safety standards.Team Spirit: Commit to our core company values and demonstrate them in your work. Interact effectively with supervisors, leads, and workgroups.Make a Difference: Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous process improvements.Thrive in the Hustle: Work efficiently in a fast-paced, metric-driven environment.Qualifications:High School Diploma or Equivalent: A strong foundation is a must!Communication Skills: Speak and write effectively in English.Basic Math Skills: Adept at addition, subtraction, multiplication, and counting.Tech Savvy: Basic computer skills, including using the internet, and familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel.Physical Abilities: Ability to lift at least 70 pounds regularly, up to 150 pounds occasionally. Push, pull, grasp, and manipulate equipment using hands throughout work hours.
