Role Overview
The Social Media & Marketing Assistant will help create engaging content, manage posting schedules, and highlight events, wine releases, farm activities, and the beauty of Libertas Estates.
Responsibilities
Create and schedule posts for Instagram, Facebook, and/or TikTok
Photograph and film winery/farm activities, events, and products
Write short captions and stories aligned with our brand voice
Respond to comments and messages professionally
Help brainstorm seasonal campaigns and content ideas
Assist occasionally with simple marketing tasks (e.g., updating website events, creating flyers)
Qualifications
Experience with social media content creation (personal or professional)
Basic photo/video skills (smartphone is fine)
Strong communication and writing skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Interest in wine, agriculture, hospitality, or local food is a plus
Must be 21+ (preferred but optional depending on role around alcohol)
Schedule & Compensation
8–15 hours per week, flexible schedule
Mix of remote work + on-site visits
Pay: $18–$25/hr depending on experience
Wine/farm product perks may be available
