Position Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Branding and Presentation Specialist on a part-time contract basis. This role involves up to 20 hours per week, focused on creating visually compelling PowerPoint templates and presentations while supporting the development and maintenance of a cohesive brand identity. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, excellent communication skills, and a passion for storytelling through visuals.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop customized PowerPoint templates that align with our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and visual appeal.
Create engaging, professional presentations for internal and external use, incorporating data visualization, imagery, and impactful layouts.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to produce presentations that effectively communicate key messages and objectives.
Support the creation and maintenance of brand assets, including logos, color palettes, typography, and other design elements.
Ensure all branding materials and presentations adhere to the company’s visual identity and brand standards.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all deliverables meet high design and accuracy standards.
Stay up-to-date with design trends and tools to recommend improvements and innovations for branding and presentation materials.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in designing PowerPoint presentations and branding assets.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and PowerPoint.
Strong understanding of branding principles and design aesthetics.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to translate complex ideas and data into visually appealing and easy-to-understand presentations.
Experience with video editing or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a plus but not required.
