Administrative Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to fill the role of Administrative Marketing Coordinator. This hybrid position combines administrative responsibilities with marketing duties, offering a unique opportunity to engage in a diverse range of tasks. The role will involve document scanning in the office for 5-7 days per month, as well as contributing to marketing initiatives to promote our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Perform administrative tasks such as document scanning, filing, data entry, and general office support.

- Data Entry of clients in CRM system

- Email Marketing & Review Management

- Distribution of marketing materials

- Cold & Warm Sales Call

-Other duties as required

Requirements:

- Proven experience in both administrative and marketing roles.

- Proficiency in document scanning and office administration tasks.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Familiarity with marketing principles and techniques.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Compensation:
