The Practitioner's Assistant will assist the practitioner with administrative duties.
Duties:
- Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research. Proficiency with Excel, Dropbox.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Conduct Follow up calls with patients and assisting them in any way.
- Knowledge of the products and services that HRN provides.
- Processing and packaging orders.
The Preferred Candide will have:
- Experience in sales and customer service, preferably in a personable setting (bartenders, waitresses, etc).
- Excellent language and communication skills, attention to detail
- Possess strong work ethic, initiative, and desire to succeed
- Skills with typing, excel, email, internet
- Multilingual a plus but not required
