Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic secretary who has an experience in sales to join our team. Duties
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs.
- Provide service information and recommendations to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all clerical tasks are completed accurately.
- Utilize computerized systems for sales tracking, and customer data entry.
- Manage calendars for appointments and follow-ups with clients to ensure excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales customer service targets and enhance overall performance.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Perform office management tasks as needed, including filing, data entry, and administrative support.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in using Office software for documentation and reporting.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience in front desk operations or office management is advantageous.
