Small Souvenir/Gift Distributor looking for individual for "light" shipping/warehouse department. We are looking to hire an individual to learn the business and take over for our retiring Shipping Manager.
Responsibilities Include: Pulling orders, Packing orders, Shipping orders (UPS & FEDEX) to our customers in the USA, Maintaining product shelves in the warehouse, Receive incoming shipments from our vendors, Coordinate outgoing pallet shipments to our customers with freight companies, Assisting Sales Representatives with Trade Shows (getting product ready for trade show booth).
Qualified person should be able to lift/move boxes (20-30 lbs), count product, pack product in boxes for shipment to retail customers, use shipping (UPS) computer system (will train), manage the day to day activities of warehouse, work independently.
This is a 3/4 time job. Monday-Thursday 10 am - 4:30 pm. We are flexible with hours.
