Established and successful aesthetic clinic located in Frederick, Maryland is looking for a qualified individual to be a sales and marketing representative to bring in clients for procedures and students for its training academy.
Compensation
This is a commission-based position in which you will receive 30% of all appointments and students booked.
Average appointment price $440 your percentage: $132
Training price per person $2800 your percentage $840
Potential earnings: $3500- $6,000 per month
Schedule
This is a hybrid remote position, you may work from your home on your phone or computer. There are no scheduled hours, you may work when it is convenient for you. There are no minimum hours, as long as you are meeting the goals. This position may require for you to occasionally physically go to specified business’s within 40 miles of Frederick, Maryland for scheduled pitches or meetings.
Ideal Candidate
Proficient experience in sales, preferably in the beauty or aesthetic industry. Knowledge on how to use verbiage and sales pitches to sell appointments and training classes. Ability to learn the required information about the services and classes to effectively answer any client or student questions.
Proficient with social media, specifically Instagram and facebook. Proficient with digital designing specifically making designs in Canva using the business’s logo, brand colors, brand fonts, and product images.
Outgoing, friendly, personable, and professional.
Be able to research the industry and develop sales and marketing techniques to sell the appointments and trainings.
Duties
Run the Instagram and facebook accounts for the business by posting stories and posts to market and sell the appointments and trainings.
Create target audience and message potential clients and students to sell the appointments and trainings.
Network with other business’s in the beauty and aesthetic industry to create referral partnerships.
Visit specified business’s to pitch the trainings for their employees, or to create referral partnerships.
Create innovative ideas for how to meet sales goals.
Create marketing materials for social media and in person sales pitches.
Create and run social media ads.
Any other duties necessary to meet sales goals.

This is a contract based agreement, you will not be considered an employee, there will be no benefits. You are responsible for paying taxes at the end of the year as a 1099 employee.

Even though this is mainly a remote position, you must live in Frederick MD, or be willing to drive to Frederick, MD and within 45 miles for occasional scheduled meetings and pitches
Must be a US citizen and authorized to work in the US, no visas. Must be at least 18 years old and have at least 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience.
