We are seeking a highly experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join our well-established, high-volume repair shop in Frederick, Maryland.
We are an upscale independent repair facility offering dealership-level service without the dealership environment. With over 20 years in business, a loyal customer base, and a strong warranty program, we are looking for a seasoned professional who excels in customer communication, sales, and workflow management.
This position is NOT entry-level.
We are specifically seeking someone who:
Has several years of experience as a Service Advisor / Service Writer
Is confident selling maintenance and repair based on trust, transparency, and expertise
Can manage a fast-paced shop environment efficiently and professionally
Takes pride in appearance, organization, and customer relationships
Works well as part of a stable, respectful, team-oriented shop
Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 – $100,000+ annual earning potential for the right candidate
