Role Description
This is a full-time Monday-Friday role for a Service Writer. The Service Writer will be responsible for interfacing with customers, writing estimates, communicating with technicians, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Service Writer will be located at our Germantown, MD location and will work closely with our team of technicians to provide excellent auto repair services to our customers.
Qualifications
Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
Experience in customer service and customer satisfaction
Computer literacy and proficiency in using software programs for scheduling and invoicing
Relevant skills and qualifications are:
Knowledge of auto repair and maintenance processes
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and accuracy in writing estimates and invoices
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers
Team player with willingness to take on additional responsibilities
