Condominium seeks dependable building maintenance technician with minimum of five years experience in condominium maintenance. Must have basic knowledge of and the ability to repair/monitor electrical, plumbing, commercial doors, fire suppression systems, painting, drywall. On call rotation and weekend rotation required. Good communication skills both written and oral required. Transportation and valid drivers license a must. Computer skills and experience with building management software systems necessary.
