Technical RecruiterJob Overview:WOOD is expanding its Team! We have an immediate need for an experienced Technical Recruiter to proactively support the recruitment strategy and selection processes to hire the most qualified talent in a timely manner. Finding the right team member is critical to WOOD, and we seek a top performer to enhance our recruiting efforts.Position Details:This position requires all candidates to be U.S. CitizensManaging day-to-day recruitment activities including: cultivating sources and advertising opportunities, tracking and coordinating applicant interviews, overseeing candidate selection and placement, and maintaining accurate applicant flow data
Driving forward WOOD’s social media presence as it relates to recruiting efforts
Formatting resumes for submission to clients
Participating in full lifecycle recruiting activities
Providing strong customer service to the company’s hiring managers
Utilizing people-focused management skills to obtain and retain top technical talent
Screening and interviewing potential candidates for both Prime and Subcontract efforts
Collaborating with technical leadership to evaluate candidates
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management and/or other related discipline
Strong knowledge and use of applicant tracking systems, specifically iCIMS, or similar is required
Strong understanding of, and experience with, social media platforms and how to leverage them for recruiting results
Knowledge of business operations and the importance of quality
Excellent communication skills
