Asbury Methodist Village is among the nation’s largest continuing care retirement communities and offers unparalleled events, clubs, and programs. This community offers several dining venues including a fine dining restaurant with exhibition cooking.This position will report directly to the General Manager and will be responsible for daily dining service for our independent living residents and catering services. This is an excellent opportunity for a culinarian to provide high-end service to our residents. oversee the daily dining operations including menu planning and controls;
ensure Sodexo Culinary Standards including recipe compliance and food quality;
have high expectations for quality of food and presentation;
have the ability and willingness to develop and train employees; and
knowledge of Food Management Systems/Software is preferred.
