Performs general maintenance duties as it relates to troubleshooting and repair of multiple types of residential/commercial HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance equipment and routine building upkeep and repairs.Responsibilities also include general maintenance tasks on laundry, commercial kitchen equipment, domestic water, fire protection and alarm.Responds to residential work orders as directed by lead technician/supervisor.Utilizes maintenance management system software to document data including but not limited to work order completion, issue resolutions.
