Job Summary:This first year of supervised residency training (internship year) will enable the Resident I to meet the educational goals and objectives defined within their specialty requirements. Resident I will actively participate in the care of patients and assume progressively more responsibility as they advance in their training and medical knowledge. Resident I will acquire the knowledge and special skills of their respective disciplines while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety in the delivery of patient care services.Essential Responsibilities:

Medical degrees from countries outside of the United States will be considered provided certification from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates is received prior to beginning of the residency training program.
Must have applied and matched to KPMAS residency program through the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP) or have been selected for an unfilled position after the Match.
