Role is a Tier 3 Engineer with Operations responsibilities as well.
The Systems Engineer will be accountable for the delivery of infrastructure in support of major projects or initiatives going to the cloud.
This role will leverage the Continuous Integration model and tooling. In addition, this role will help to design a Continuous Delivery tool set and pipeline to facilitate roll out to the various environments.
On a day to day basis, this role will work directly with the IT Architecture & Development (Build) teams to ensure the designs of applications and services have a focus on the infrastructure.
The Systems Engineer will then take projects from concept to production through the use of established DevOps tools. If there are gaps in the DevOps tool set, he/she will provide the thought leadership to close the gap.
The objective of this position is to facilitate, through automation, the Delivery of services into the "company" Cloud.
