Conducts one-on-one group fitness assessments; recommends individualized fitness programs tailored to each resident's ability levels.Teaches a variety of exercise classes including boxing, Rock Steading boxing and assists with on-going well-being programs including pool operations and scheduling. Assists in the planning, implementation and promotion of all well-being events; responsible for weekly and monthly fitness/event calendar creation and distribution.Responsible for coordination and scheduling of well-being contractors.Participates in Well-Being Committee meetings; Assists Well-Being Director in implementing Lifestyle initiatives and promoting the Asbury Well-Being model. Conduct one on one sessions.
