The Opportunity: As a Seasonal Team Associate, you’ll partner with a Mattel Retail Services Representative to grow Mattel’s presence at major retailers, working a minimum of 15 hours per week during our busiest holiday season. We are looking for enthusiastic temporary team members who are passionate about merchandising, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and want to drive results and make magic happen this holiday season!  This job can open the door to future merchandising career opportunities with Mattel.What Your Impact Will Be: Brand ambassador of Mattel/Fisher-Price brands and products Collaborate with your lead Mattel Representative to secure prime product placements for Mattel’s iconic brands Partner with lead Mattel Representative on monthly schedulingUnpack cases of various Mattel toys  Merchandise and organize product on the sales floor  Construct & deconstruct store fixtures including shelving and racking Implement point of purchase materials  Execute special projects as assigned including, but not limited to store events  Administrative tasks including but not limited to managing time entry, attending meetings, trainings, checking email etc.
