Turner & Townsend Heery is actively seeking a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team in Atlanta, GA OR Landover, MD. The Senior Marketing Specialist is responsible for preparing proposals, presentations and communication materials for program management services. Coordinates the distribution of internal and external marketing information. Responsibilities  Prepares public sector proposals and presentations for new business development in response to RFPs/RFIs providing recommendations with a focus on ensuring that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging, and compliance to RFP/RFI. Reviews internal and external collateral materials, proos and edits content, ensures appropriate branding, and approves materials for final distribution. Assists in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies Assists local office leadership in preparing various marketing materials as needed. Maintains and updates marketing library of standard company boilerplate proposals, presentations, and other collateral materials. Provides quality control for work products, ensuring that appropriate branding, content, and formatting are used. Oversees production for deliverables. Other duties may be assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. May provide informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.
