Support and maintain standard work procedures and business processes.
Assist with the identification of standard work and process needs by collaborating with stakeholders.
Support the deployment of supply chain training programs and curriculum.
Assist in the development of the supply chain surveys.
Review existing business processes with team members.
Apply tools from lean principal methodology to drive continuous improvement efforts related to supply chain business process (i.e. value stream/process mapping, supplier quality processes, six sigma processes, fishbone diagrams, problem solving skills and 5 why).
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Accredited Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with Internship experience or six (6) months or more related work experience OR
Must have 3-5 years of experience in lieu of a degree
Familiarity with programming languages and controls software.
Familiarity with Controller Area Network (CAN)/SAE J1939 and/or Vehicle Networking.
Automotive/Heavy Equipment Repair or Design Experience.
Wire Harness design experience.
Strong Communication Skills
Strong Problem - Solving Skills
Team Player and ability to act as a "lead worker'
Read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions and procedure manuals;
Write routine reports, correspondence and speak effectively before both internal and external groups;
Read, analyze and interpret business manuals, technical procedures and/or government regulations
Read, analyze and interpret scientific and technical journals, financial reports and legal documents.
Decision-Making: Regularly makes decisions of responsibility, involving evaluation of information.
Decisions may require development or application of alternatives or precedents.
