Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires: The Technical Program Manager will own the management governance of AWS Partner Programs that align and support our AWS Competencies and Service Delivery Programs held by TEKsystems Global Services. They are responsible for program governance, evangelism, enablement, and leading initiatives to optimize program performance, and the customer experience. Additionally, they are a key contributor to the roadmap for Program launches. Program Management includes ownership of program performance, working with internal teams to meet objectives, timelines and reporting on program performance in monthly leadership meetings. Key to the success in this role is an ability to work across teams, both internally and externally, to align on both customer and partner needs from the program, and distill those needs into actionable program improvements. Additionally, in leading key initiatives, a proven record of working within channel/alliance ecosystems that have stakeholders from multiple organizations, and communicate out best practices, lessons learned and growth opportunities. While this is primarily an internal position, strong communication skills are essential, as this individual will often be asked to lead or support program updates, recaps, reports to various audiences. Key job responsibilities Ownership of end-to-end program process, growing our AWS portfolio of Differentiated Solutions for customers to engage for specific needs. Continually experiment with new approaches to simplify customer launch experience and maximize customer launch visibility. Evaluate, prioritize, and improve operational excellence based on business strategy, customer behavior, and needs. Leverage partner knowledge to solve highly complex business challenges for our customers through programmatic solutions including working with technical stakeholders on program evolution. Develop data-driven narrative proposals for evolving the program(s), including return on investment profile and financial analysis. Develop and mature mechanisms to deeply understand ex/internal customer needs, gaps, and opportunities Build strong relationships with business partners to understand their challenges and priorities, define roadmap, and drive actions through insight delivery Develop and maintain core metrics and insights analyzing customer and partner feedback and sentiment Prepare and deliver insights for all weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews Build and execute a communications strategy to stakeholders including ownership of business cadence Measure and report effectiveness of program Own goals/performance reporting BASIC QUALIFICATIONS 8+ years of experience in Program Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, or similar role in a corporate environment supporting partners Experience and confidence presenting to various audiences including senior leadership, technical stakeholders, non-technical stakeholders, and Partners.
