Initial work item estimate sizing for business prioritization and planning purposes.
Presenting designs to the Domain and Enterprise Architecture teams for review after initial design and prior to production implementation.
Technology solutions that require development to be viable - i.e., business applications, LOB applications, workflow systems, purchased applications, developed applications, and applications integration; subsequently guiding solution execution from design to production.
The quality and integrity of a solution; and is ultimately responsible for its viability in the Production environment.
Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with Delivery teams and individual. members as a supportive trusted adviser, applying practical guidance, architectural direction, guardrails, technologies, and solutions.
Acting as an advisor and data champion throughout the organization to better position Allegis in data self-service and data privacy and information security compliance.
ResponsibilitiesEssential Functions:
Liaise with the Global Privacy Office and Information Security leadership to ensure top priorities are incorporated into the Data Privacy & Protection and Data Governance roadmaps.
Establish domain specific standards, near/mid-term strategy, and roadmaps (0-18 months), in adherence to, and in support of Enterprise standards, strategy, and roadmaps.
Assist in creating the vision for future state technologies and architecture and participate in setting Enterprise standards and mid/long-term strategy / roadmaps (18-60 months), acting as domain specific subject matter experts.
Develop and implement solutions to ensure privacy policies, such retention schedule and data minimization requirements, are correctly implemented. Develop standards for implementing data anonymization, pseudonimization and encryption requirements into systems.
Create solutions that ensure "privacy by design" principles are incorporated from the first stages of development and partner with Enterprise, Platform, and Domain Architects.
Across IS to ensure those principles are being adhered. For example, this role will work closely with the EVOLVE program (our back-office transformation) throughout the product development and build phase.
Architect and steer implementation teams with guardrails, technologies, and solutions around consent and preference management, data subject rights, cookie management, data loss and prevention, data privacy management and PII discovery/catalog, and policies around data retention and governance.
Analyze new and enhanced data streams and uses of data within our technical landscape to help mitigate privacy vulnerabilities and prevent potential future privacy risks.
Capture and document current data flows along with proper data governance practices, policies, and procedures.
Develop solutions that ensure data is appropriately cataloged and mapped such that it is accessible and "fit for purpose" for all data consumers.
Assess business requirements, approve technical requirements, and create technical specifications and solution design documents.
Partner with the IS Manager and development leads to provide initial work item estimate sizing for work intake, business prioritization and planning purposes.
Guide a solution from concept to delivery - envision and create solutions that meet requirements; model the pieces of an infrastructure and their points of integration; prove the feasibility of a design; and can ultimately be implemented and supported in the Production environment.
Provide hands-on, expert-level technical assistance to developers; champions, matures, and nurtures ongoing data privacy & protection and data governance capabilities within our Data Cloud Platform (Snowflake).
