The Instructional Designer will work with the Global Learning and Development team as well as leaders and subject matter experts within the organization to design and develop trainings. These sessions will be developed in a blended format. This position will be responsible for engaging in the full instructional design and development cycle, training our internal teams, and utilizing a blended learning approach to complement our training offerings.  ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop interactive and engaging materials for both classroom and alternative/blended learning delivery, i.e.: web-based, microlearning, informal learning, and through Degreed. Deliver courses using adult learning principles and interactive on-line learning models as appropriate. Ensure the instructional integrity of course development projects through systematic design and clear writing of scripts, narratives, and storyboards. Ensure all training materials are utilizing AGS training methodology, formats, and approach. Utilize Degreed platform as a method for content delivery. Uphold instructional design and development standards for all existing and future training materials that support continued quality, speed of delivery, and learning reinforcement. Partner with global team of L&D professionals and stakeholders in their remit.
