Description:1st shift 9am start time Monday- Saturday (one day off during week but some weeks are 6 day work weeks) Maintains spare part inventory Communicates machinery performance to upper management and other appropriate staff and efficiently mitigates any delay in production due to machinery malfunction. Maintains current knowledge of all products / forms that each machine produces and what customer each product applies to. Coordinates equipment training for appropriate staff Establishes and monitors effective sampling, recording, and analysis of equipment performance for internal review and training purposes. Identifies and analyzes issues, defects, and other problems; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues and modifies procedures or systems to prevent recurrences.
