Secure our Nation, Ignite your FutureManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Test Engineer to join our team in the Lexington Park, MD area. This is an on-site position.Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Provides test and evaluation of hardware and/or software development. This includes developing and documenting test plans and procedures, conducting testing, and evaluating and documenting results.
Prepares studies, plans, and analyses in support of the delivery order.
Fully document all defects during the test execution.
Able to adapt to Agile Scrum Software Development methodologies with a cross-functional team approach.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline or equivalent.
Extensive/Expert knowledge of engineering principles in the design, development, integration, testing, and deployment of systems.
Ability to analyze specifications and design documentations test strategies, test plans, and user acceptance criteria.
Knowledge of test processes and test case development
Zero (0+) or more years’ experience.
DoD 8140-compliant if required by tasking.
Preferred Qualifications
TS/SCI clearance preferred
Experience in SAFE Agile development methodology.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience
Security Clearance Requirements:
Must be a US Citizen. Must have a current/active Secret clearance, and must be willing and able to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer
