System Test Engineer

DescriptionTest Engineer to support on-site 1st 2nd and 3rd shift test bench operations for the Assembly Integration and Test AIT of a production Space Payload program. Responsibilities include executing test scripts for the verification of Software Hardware and System requirements for applications in Space. Understanding of RF Radio Frequency systems especially RADAR SIGINT or COMMS programming and scripting skills and working knowledge of RF test equipment Signal Generators Spectrum Analyzers Oscilloscopes Power Meters etc. is desired.SkillsRF, Radar, test equipment, Test Scripts, SIGINT, Signal Generators, spectrum analyzer, Oscilloscopes, Power Meters, Scanned ArrayTop Skills DetailsRF,RadarAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with RADAR and/or ESA Electronically Scanned Array integration and test Experience with Space Payload or Space Vehicle Satellite integration and test in a clean room environment Programming in C or MATLAB for understanding and editing/improving existing code Scripting in Python or Tcl for understanding and editing/improving existing scripts Experience with Confluence Jira and Bitbucket TS or SCI for future opportunities at Northrop Grumman Space SystemsExperience LevelIntermediate LevelPay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $80.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
