Description Our client in Middle River is seeking a motivated, experienced Call Center Representative to join their growing team. This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for someone eager to contribute their skills and passion for customer service while working towards solidifying their career.Responsibilities:
Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues and providing solutions
Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by going the extra mile
Managing customer accounts, including troubleshooting and database management
Participating in training to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of high-volume call center experience
Strong phone and active listening skills
Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Flexibility to work one late-night shift per week and rotating Saturdays
