Track and assist Executive Aircraft in flight with communications issues, respond to incident calls, and support trend analysis efforts.Utilize various Command and Control (C2) tools, and chat software (e.g. Mattermost) to support Executive Aircraft while in flight.Provide Government leadership with expert guidance on the operations of the Mission Communications System (MCS) on-board C-32, C-40, and C-37 Executive Aircraft.Provide expert troubleshooting guidance to Communications Systems Operators on-board C-32, C-40, and C-37 Executive Aircraft during MCS anomalies and/or outages.Review and provide recommendations on the effectiveness of flight monitoring solutions utilizing various web-based tools developed by Commercial Satellite Communications (COMSATCOM) providers.
