Qualifications:Advanced knowledge and skill in analog, power and FPGA design required.Level 5: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or comparable discipline with a minimum 9 years of prior relevant technical experience; or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.Level 4: B.S. in Electrical Engineering or comparable discipline with a minimum 6 years of prior relevant technical experience; or Graduate Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.Essential Functions:Leads Electrical Engineering development efforts employing EVMS as a Control Account Manager to deliver complex electrical designs while meeting or exceeding program cost and schedule requirements, required for Level 5; preferred for Level 4.Responsible for architecting, designing, developing, modifying, evaluating and integrating electronic circuit cards, electronic parts, components, or integrated circuitry for complex, high performance seabed hydrophone systems.Creates Analog and Digital designs of circuit cards including layout using industry standard tools such as LTSpice, Cadence, Mentor Graphics and Vivado.Analyzes electrical requirements to determine feasibility of design within time and cost constraints.Responsible for providing input to program bids and generating bases of estimate.Performs qualification and test of electrical hardware and systems including the support of customer site installations and troubleshooting.
