Link Solutions is seeking a Communications Team Lead to join our team at Patuxent River, MD. Must be a U.S. Citizen  DoD Secret Clearance required Non-remote (relocation incentive available) Our Communications Team Lead will serve as the lead for the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) communication systems, including Digital Signage (Symon) and Automated Call Distribution (ACD/Genesys). You will be responsible for maintaining our team’s ability to respond to issues efficiently and to quickly resolve internal issues.  Become an integral part of a professionally diverse team while working at an industry-leading organization. This is a great opportunity that will allow you to work on innovative projects that offer advancement and growth while helping protect our national security.Responsibilities: Oversee the design, configuration, administration, and sustainment of communication platforms to ensure 24x7x365 availability. Manage system performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting for call routing, VoIP, SIP trunking, PRI lines, and digital display networks. Ensure system security compliance with DoD STIGs, IAVAs, NMCI, and Cybersecurity directives. Coordinate after-hours and weekend support for system upgrades, patches, testing, and troubleshooting. Collaborate with the Program Manager and other technical leads to ensure integration of communication systems with ITSM tools and enterprise services. Maintain documentation of system configurations, maintenance activities, and operational instructions. Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
