The role will help remove developer friction points within the SDLC and work with engineering teams to create a best-in-class experience for developers paving the road to innovation and product leadership. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting user interviews, developing KPIs to measure progress towards success, identify the roadmap and priorities for accelerating our engineers' happiness and productivity. The ideal candidate should have experience in working at a DX organization in the past and is passionate about DX. The candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end developer experience spanning onboarding, developer tools, testing, CI/CD, and many other activities and products that our engineers engage in and rely on. The candidate needs experience building scalable DX products, knowledge of DX best practices to ensure our internal developer products enable our engineers to focus their full attention on delivering new services and features to our end-users. The role has high visibility and exposure to our Executive Leadership Team and your success will have a lasting impact on how our clients developers do their job day in and day out.
