Full Charge BookkeeperJob DescriptionTo ensure success as a full charge bookkeeper, you should have advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting systems for small companies in construction or similar industries, and familiarity with the integration between QuickBooks Online and Procore to streamline billing project expenses. A skilled full charge bookkeeper efficiently handles all the accounting needs of the company. You will report directly to the owner of the company and will work with an outside CPA firm to prepare financial statements and tax returns as needed.Full Charge Bookkeeper Responsibilities: Managing the full cycle of accounting activities for the company. Managing payroll for 20 employees through Paylocity. Processing payments to subcontractors and vendors weekly. Creating AIA Pay Application with Lien Waivers to bill clients bi-weekly. Reconciling bank statements and credit cards monthly. Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger. Billing employee hours on timesheets to various projects. Preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements. Creating journal entries for all accounts. Monitoring cash flow. Managing all business licenses, insurance policies, and collecting documents for any audits by our third party administrators.Skills
