We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Civil Engineer to lead our engineering team and oversee civil engineering projects from planning through delivery. The successful candidate will provide technical leadership, manage project schedules and budgets, support business development, monitor performance, mitigate risks, and ensure project goals and client expectations are met. The role also includes mentoring and developing staff while promoting efficient, high-quality project delivery.Serve as a technical leader in civil infrastructure design, guiding and managing project teams.Oversee and mentor junior civil engineering staff, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and positive work environment.Lead project execution with a proactive, forward-thinking approach, ensuring teams meet objectives on schedule and within budget.Supervise all aspects of project delivery, including project setup, drafting, design, quality control, and coordination.Collaborate with engineers, architects, landscape architects, environmental scientists, and other stakeholders to ensure integrated project solutions.Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and consultants.Review and monitor project reports to ensure schedules, budgets, and performance goals are achieved.
