Actalent Engineering has a client, a multinational arms, security, and aerospace company, who is hiring a Software Engineer to join their team. You will be responsible for programming languages to design software programs, including software requirements, coding and testing software to ensure functionality, and updating software programs to refine components like cybersecurity measures and data storage capacities. A typical day might include the following : Meeting with Test engineers to discuss requirements and review test findings Performing software updates to various Java modules, which includes coding, testing, developing test plans and procedures, and other required documentation Attending Code and Test peer reviews as the author, reviewer, or moderator Attending various meetings onsite, offsite, and remote Developing and giving briefs to internal and external customers Qualifications:
