Software development of data collection, processing, and reporting solutions for data-intensive projects

Will also work collaboratively with staff and subject matter experts to develop various multimedia (including audio, video, and graphic production) in support of the implementation of distance learning.

Develop and implement distance learning and other project technology initiatives.

Work collaboratively with staff to develop multimedia (including audio, video, and graphic production) to support distance learning development efforts.

Design and deliver training related to project-based and distance learning technologies for staff.

Assist with implementation of information systems to support HSD program work.

Provide support in project planning and implementation by managing, monitoring, and tracking project tasks using standard processes and workflows.

Track project benchmarks and make recommendations for change as needed.

QualificationsEducation, Knowledge, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in education, distance education, instructional technology, or computer science with 5+ years of relevant experience or Master’s degree with 4+ years of experience.

Experience developing, managing, and/or delivering online courses and products and various media in support of education and/or professional development efforts.

Experience developing various media (audio, video, etc.) in support of distance learning initiatives.

Experience with learning management systems (e.g. Moodle, Blackboard, etc.), instructional technologies (e.g. Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and general productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office)

Experience providing direct technical support to a wide range of constituents.

Skills:

Ability to support others in the use of various technologies.

Organized with a proven ability to track and complete deadline-driven projects on budget.

Detail oriented, persistent, and organized team player.

Strong time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.

This position offers an anticipated hourly rate of $52.88 - $62.50. Salary offers are made based on internal equity within the institution and external equity with competitive markets.
