With a goal of becoming the most trusted name in premium proteins, we create products for consumers and for retail and foodservice customers around the globe, while changing the way animals are raised for food.SummaryPerdue Farms is seeking a dynamic and results-focused Talent Acquisition Manager to join our Talent Acquisition team located at or near our Corporate Headquarters in Salisbury, MD. This position will support and lead our technical recruiting team and be instrumental in building out and enhancing key relationships with organizations, trade schools and specialty programs that will help build our technical talent pipeline.Principal and Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Lead and manage the end-to end technical recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies that are tailored to our industry.

Cultivate a robust network of technical talent within the agricultural and food processing sector, utilizing targeted sourcing methods.

Develop and implement innovative and inclusive recruitment initiatives to attract diverse technical talent.

Partner with Perdue’s larger talent acquisition team to provide training and develop a playbook for building a talent pipeline in the technical space at our plant locations.

Uncover and foster relationships with organizations and targeted education programs to promote Perdue’s technical job opportunities.

Provide leadership and mentorship to the recruitment team, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

Minimum Education and ExperienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and 5+ years recruiting experience. Technical and/or maintenance recruiting experience is highly preferred.The Ideal Candidate will also have:

Strong presentation skills and professional presence.

Recruiting agency experience.

Knowledge of maintenance, wastewater, and other technical positions specific to the agricultural and food processing space.

Exceptional organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in using application tracking systems and other HR software. SuccessFactors experience, desired.

Effective time-management and ability to prioritize competing demands.

Environmental Factors and Physical RequirementsPosition is mostly sedentary but may require occasional moving to other offices or buildings.
