Description:Client is currently looking for a mid-level engineer that has experience in Land Development on commercial and private sector projects. Ready to hire someone now. Ideally they will need experience in Montgomery County and PG County. They need to have experience in Land development, roads, grades of land, and AutoCAD Civil3D, Autodesk - the projects they are looking at are; 1 lot projects, existing subdivision projects, pond retrofits. Should have experience with AutoCAD (LDD preferred) being that this is the CADD platform that CPJ uses They are going to top out at around 60K. Please note that they do pay hourly and there will be opportunity for overtime at 1.5x and also performance-based bonuses. We need a minimum of 0-3 years of experience.We are looking for someone who is independent and can think on their feet. Specific engineering responsibilities related to pond retrofits - pond outflow & control structures, modifications of riser pipes, valves, weirs, pipes and/or changing the size and elevation of weirs, openings, valves, and other orifices. Stormwater management design for a roadway corridor with Environmentally Sensitive Design.
