We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Direct Recruiting Specialist to join our growing team and support our staffing and compliance needs.
Position Summary:
The Direct Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and maintaining a strong pool of qualified healthcare professionals to support ICM’s programs. This role ensures compliance with state regulations, maintains quality control standards, and supports training and onboarding initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and hire qualified CNA, LPN, RN, Behavioral Technicians, Supervisors, and Caregivers.
Manage and coordinate all direct staff hiring and onboarding processes.
Conduct interviews, background checks, and credential verifications.
Oversee caregiver onboarding, agreements, and personnel file completion.
Ensure all hiring practices meet state compliance and Medicaid documentation standards.
Support training coordination and ensure completion of required certifications.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all staff and hiring activities.
Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure excellence in service delivery.
Collaborate with management to forecast staffing needs and maintain adequate workforce levels.
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare.
Strong understanding of Maryland state compliance requirements for healthcare personnel.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent college education required.
Experience recruiting clinical and non-clinical staff (CNA, LPN, RN, Behavioral Techs, etc.).
Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR/recruiting software systems.
